We will close the Freising location on Friday, April 30th, 2024!
The last courses about LaVida in Freising will take place on Friday, April 26th, 2024.
Until then, all courses will continue as usual! From May you are welcome to move to our main location in Garching and take part in water aerobics as usual using the rehabilitation prescription or the 10-course card.
Our swimming course program is also still offered in Garching!
If you are interested in changing, you are welcome to contact Garching directly, by phone (089/37411700) or by email info@lavida-garching.de.

Redeem a €50 SEEPHORSE voucher from the Bavarian state government now
Redeem once for group courses and private lessons!
On the first day of school or kindergarten, first graders and pre-school children of the school or kindergarten year 2023/2024 will receive a voucher for 50 euros for a swimming course to acquire the early swimmer badge "Seahorse".
This voucher can be redeemed once for all swimming course series or private lessons (from 09/11/23) until 09/13/2024!
Secure a place in a swimming course quickly via our ONLINE booking system. When booking, select the SEEPHORSE voucher option, our system will immediately credit the amount of €50.
Don't forget: On the first day of the course, please hand in the completed voucher at reception or with the swimming instructor! All children living in Bavaria who are in the pre-school year or in the 1st grade are eligible to participate.
