Vibration movement during Galileo training
During Galileo training, the vibration movement is carried out as a rocking movement  or  as a  page alternation . This means that the vibrating plate does not vibrate vertically, but alternately on the left and on the right side. Thus, in vibration training with the Galileo system, the human gait is simulated, in which the force also alternately acts left and right on the body.

Advantages over other vibratory plates
The Galileo training has a positive effect on the human body, as it is designed specifically for our movement patterns. A vertical vibration movement would at most help an animal, which moves jumping. However, this is not the case in humans. The alternating force on the left and right leg is transmitted to the pelvic region and forwarded from there to the abdominal and back muscles. These muscle parts are therefore trained. A uniform, vertical vibration movement does not reach the back and abdominal muscles.

Intensity can be individually varied
In Galileo training, the frequency and amplitude of the vibration plate can be adjusted almost continuously, the frequency can be between 5 and 30 hertz. This flexibility allows the trainer to tailor the Galileo system to the needs of the trainer so that he or she can reach their sporting or regenerative goals as quickly as possible.

Gentle training for the rest of the body
Galileo training simulates human gait. In this, the head is known not to move, as the power transmitted to the muscles of the upper body and this is kept calm. However, this is only the case with a page-alternating movement. In a vertical vibration movement, the force is not cushioned, so even the head mitvibriert.
This feels uncomfortable and has no training effect.
